Bought a BBQ from Rona online 5 days ago. They took my $1500. Since then I have been calling them, emailing them trying to get an update. They have not send any word if I am getting my order. I can not even cancel it and buy somewhere else because the phones are not working. I have tried to call stores and they are not taking calls. All I want is updates to my order but I can not get any.
