this is becoming the most painful onlne shopping experiences I have ever had ...and i have literally done thousands of purchases online. I ordered on May 13th and it only got shipped out May 19th (strike one) though it was in stock... but as of yet (May 29th) I have not received it (strike 2). I emailed Rona but aside from telling me that they have received my email I have not heard anything (strike 3). I called yesterday but their phone was busy almost the entire day (strike 4). After speaking to a rep, she gave me a case number (#418964-C3Q0W6) but then had to put me through to someone else (Strike 5). I then waited on the phone for 45 minutes to speak to someone (strike 6) but had to hang up because I had a zoom call. I am now trying to call but the line is busy all day (strike 6).....what is going on with Rona...they should give up trying to do online shopping.
