If I could give a zero to this company I would. After a month and a half I still didn’t receive the fan I ordered I phoned in to get a refund and was given a case number. I asked how long it would take to get a refund and was told they are not sure. Then she said she will transfer me to process it faster. After 2.5 hours on hold the gentleman asked me for a case number in the middle of giving it to him he disconnected the call or it dropped no one called me back 2 weeks after the product I no longer needed or wanted cane to my door 2 months later. I still haven’t got a refund don’t drive so can’t return the product. I called again waited 45 minutes on hold and the lady said well I can open another case. I was like with all do respect what are these cases numbers going to do with my return? Still no answer. I can’t even go into the store for a refund. I think my next step is calling my credit card company and filing a report against them. The worst customer service ever!
