Ordered a range and dishwasher online and immediately had an issue with the range. Tried for over a month to contact Rona customer service by phone and email and left multiple messages with contact info. We never received a response. Fortunately, the range seems to have resolved itself. I will never purchase from Rona again. Very disappointing.
