I ordered some ends for my roof racks, as I'd had a few stolen :( They were good and picked up my wrong order, in that I ordered 4 of one side, oops. I was called quickly to say they were out of stock. No rush.
However 2 months later I called and asked how my order was going. They said still out of stock there, however they made calls and I received my order within 2 days.
So all good :)
