“Today we had our roof racks sorted and trust me, what outstanding service beyond a customers expectations! I cannot fault, these guys product knowledge, and workmanship, it is the quality not the quantity when it comes to the why, and how, and the end result when complete. I highly recommend these guys 100% plus and 5 stars plus! Thank you team and for the additional extra also, my partner and I are so grateful and the words just go beyond. “The website said 2 day delivery. It is now past 3 weeks and it hasn’t even been shipped. I asked customer service for help and they said that since I live rurally they wouldn’t refund the freight cost???? What the heck? I paid for 2 day delivery, still nothing. Blamed me for living in GYMPIE. So rural right? What’s the customer address got to do with not dispatching product?”

“So annoyed. They sold me 1 roofrack bar. 1? All of the other offers always include 2 bars. So misleading. Now I have to delay my camping trips to order another single roof rack bar. Roofrack bar always come in doubles! Disappointing service!”

“Best product at the most competitive price with great customer service. My Yakima swing away was by far the cheapest at Roof Racks Galore and was in stock. Pick up was a breeze. When I fitted the rack to my van I realised I needed an extension hutch, they were again the cheapest shop and had the item in stock. Why would you want to shop anywhere else.”

“I will never buy from roof racks galore,and recommend everyone keep away they take your money and dont send the product, been 3 weeks since order, still hasnt been sent. Asked a week and a half ago and they told me it was delivered. I argued then they said it hasnt been sent yet, they have none in stock, then they said 3 business days and they will send, now been 4 business days, i have sent 3 emails and they have ignored them all.Tim Martin(owner) should be ashamed of himself approving this kind of customer service.”

“Fitted 180 Darche awning, 530litre Rhino roof box and 3 Rhino Vortex bars on Prado. Excellent customer service,patience and willingness to listen and explain and discuss. I was looked after by Max at Preston Vic. Max really went the extra effort happy to chat and research options. I arrived at a decision and was booked in for 2 days later, everything was in stock. Prices and installation fee very reasonable. Max and colleague did the install without a hitch, excellent work. Very happy with result. We can't wait to be out on the road. I can't commend Roof Racks Galore enough. Highly recommend. If you're after some gear for your roof, you can't go wrong with Max and colleagues at Preston Roof Racks Galore. Big thankyou from me.”

“This is a 5 star review for the follow up from the guys they were ace. Originally bought a pro rack from them as suggested to fit the bill, had it fitted started to rattle a lot through the legs. The guys came out and diagnosed the bars and following being unable to find the issues offered to remove the racks return them and then fit new racks of a better brand just for the extra charge of the product but no further labour charges. The guys helped massively no more rattling and so far so well cheers! Roof Racks Galore Welshpool.”
