“I ordered some roof bars from Roof Racks Galore (RRG) online store that turned out not to fit. Not RRG's fault, it's a new car and different from the previous model which hadn't been picked up on the manufacturer's website. The staff at RRG Welshpool were skilled, helpful and efficient and quickly helped to establish the correct roof bars for my car. They ordered and then fitted them for me to ensure they were correct then communicated the details back to the bar manufacturer so they can update their website. This all happened within two days. Excellent prompt service, together with very competitive prices, I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I placed a larger order which was split into two separate shipments. Strangely, the shipment coming from interstate arrived on time — yet the one being delivered from within my own city has still not arrived, even after a full week. I called to check on the delay and was told it should have already been delivered. I was also advised that someone would call me back with an update. It’s now been three days, and I’ve received no call, no update, and still no delivery. This situation is disappointing — not just due to the delay, but the lack of follow-up and communication.”

“No people contact when ordering online Receipt said 2 days delivery, it only arrived after I sent online messages on the Friday after, 8 days, and again NO PEOPLE RANG ME. On the receipt it had no phone numbers to contact, no despatch address so could not ring a store. AWEFULL AWEFULL WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS NEVER AGAIN”

“Fantastic Experience at Roof Racks Galore Smeaton Grange Brought my VW Polo in this morning to have a roof rack installed and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dave, who was incredibly polite, professional, and efficient. He had the roof rack installed in just 25 minutes and made the whole process seamless. The service was top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Roof Racks Galore Smeaton Grange again. Highly recommended! Thanks again, Dave!”

“I was hesitant to order roof racks online and install it myself but my car's compatibility was explicitly specified. I received the roof racks promptly and the Thule instructions were very simple. Looks great on my car now. RRG's price was the cheapest of all the online and physical stores too. Having said that, I needed no advice from their customer service... I knew exactly what I wanted. If you're the same, you'll be good.”
