“Paid extra for quick dispatch. Took a week to arrive and in multiple deliveries. Item says no drilling, requires drilling. This review is based on internet experience. The Kedron team were amazing to assist.”

“Purchased a bike rack from RRG but when I got it home, found it had already been opened - bits everywhere. Anyway, I let that slide and tried fitting it to my newly installed tow bar - didn't fit due to adaptor issues. Returned it and got a credit for a different more expensive brand ( EAZZY-1) that they ordered that day. Five weeks later and several phone calls, still no bike rack and no firm idea of when it was due in. Why I wasn't informed of this within the week I ordered it is beyond me. Poor customer service and a huge waste of my time. A refund ensued.”

“Still haven't received the Roof Platform. It's only been 10 days since I ordered it online and it's coming from Brendale which is 3 hours away. And I paid extra for express transport for what. Contacted Roof Racks Galore and told to be patient it's coming and so is Xmas.”

“I wanted to buy front runner food boxes. Bcf were much cheaper and offer free delivery but your website says delivery in two days. I needed them ungently so I ordered with you. Obviously now under false pretences. It took five days. I paid for express post and the tracking says they were in Melbourne. I’m just near you I qld. I could have walked there faster. Also your helpline says contact us anytime. I left four unanswered emails. Very very poor company to do business with. Never again.”

“I would give this company minus stars if I could. Customer service is appalling. I bought roof rack boxes from them on line because they advertise one to two days delivery at a price. I paid the price and it took five days. They did not send tracking for three days and it took five days to arrive. I could have walked there faster. I previously bought the same from bcf at a cheaper price and NO hefty delivery fee. I wish I had done that d as nd not relied on roof racks galore word. There website says contact us for help. What a joke. I sent FOUR unanswered emails . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

As outlined in your order confirmation, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Your order was dispatched on Monday, 3 August, the next business day after it was placed, and was delivered on Wednesday, 5 August. The 1–2 business days refers to our dispatch timeframe, with delivery time then depending on the courier and your location. “They advertise that they have the Kaon Cargo barrier in stock, but don't, and when I attended their Moorabbin store they said they will only get them in when they have $5K worth of orders. The alternative was that they would place a special order, provided I paid freight. What they should do instead, is take these off their online advertising on google and stop suckering customers in to attend their stores.”

“Website took order and money for item that was apparently not available. Then sales team asked for more money. They said item was not available but then website changed and price was increased. Item was ultimately sold at higher price than advertised. Poor service and no understanding that website should have shown as back order only. Will not purchase from again.”

“Bit disappointing, 4 fellas working there but the fella serving me wasn't too helpful, I think he could've been more helpful with their products, I'm a tradesman and ok with my hands but I feel for anyone walking in there hoping for an adequate service, get off your asses and walk outside where their vehicle is and explain, with bit of enthusiasm.”

“Roof Racks galore online stores have twice advertised and sold me products that are unavailable. Money is held and order cancelled without consultation, while falsely claiming that I made the request. It is misleading retail conduct and breaches consumer law. Unless you can see the product don't purchase here.”

“Difficult to install yourself and the instructions are poor for the detail adn work required. Shops wont help you unless you purchase off them but they dont tell you that when ordering.”
