“Pathetic delivery time and expectations. I purchased my roof rack and backbone system from this company due to the delivery times stating in stock and 1-2 business days. Day 4 one of the items was delivered. Then I try to follow up to see where the other items is and they keep telling me its delivered. I had to call the delivery company and they told me the item is too large. It has now been 9 business days and still no expected delivery date is scheduled.”

“Very disappointing experience. I placed order 000184426 on 24 January, which was supposed to arrive within one or two days. The order arrived partially, but the “Cruz LCV Commercial Legs 8 Pack” is still missing weeks later. I’ve called several times and was told someone would follow up and call me back, but that never happened. I’ve had to keep chasing this myself with no proper response or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I honestly wish no star was an option.”

“The website said 2 day delivery. It is now past 3 weeks and it hasn’t even been shipped. I asked customer service for help and they said that since I live rurally they wouldn’t refund the freight cost???? What the heck? I paid for 2 day delivery, still nothing. Blamed me for living in GYMPIE. So rural right? What’s the customer address got to do with not dispatching product?”

“So annoyed. They sold me 1 roofrack bar. 1? All of the other offers always include 2 bars. So misleading. Now I have to delay my camping trips to order another single roof rack bar. Roofrack bar always come in doubles! Disappointing service!”

“I will never buy from roof racks galore,and recommend everyone keep away they take your money and dont send the product, been 3 weeks since order, still hasnt been sent. Asked a week and a half ago and they told me it was delivered. I argued then they said it hasnt been sent yet, they have none in stock, then they said 3 business days and they will send, now been 4 business days, i have sent 3 emails and they have ignored them all.Tim Martin(owner) should be ashamed of himself approving this kind of customer service.”

“I made two purchases at this store, and unfortunately, both were problematic. The first purchase was a two-bar roof rack. When I got home and tried to install it, I realized it was the wrong one. I returned to the store the next day to exchange it for the correct model, only to find out that the right rack was actually cheaper. I was disappointed that there was no offer of a discount or even free installation to make up for the inconvenience. The second purchase was a roof platform. I used the store's website to select the product based on my car’s details, and the picture on the site clearly showed a platform that covered the entire roof. However, when I got home, I discovered the platform was only half the size. I returned the next day, paid an additional $280, and had to settle for installation as part of the deal. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and minimal customer service made these experiences very frustrating. I won’t be returning or recommending this store.”

“No people contact when ordering online Receipt said 2 days delivery, it only arrived after I sent online messages on the Friday after, 8 days, and again NO PEOPLE RANG ME. On the receipt it had no phone numbers to contact, no despatch address so could not ring a store. AWEFULL AWEFULL WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS NEVER AGAIN”

“I asked the store man to hold everything for me until I pick it up the next day as Im a 40min drive. away. The guy said “sure that’s fine” but when I got there the next day the item was sold and it was a complete waste of my time. A damn bloody lier and will not be coming back for anything else”
