Be warned! They do not honor warranty! Fitted a known faulty set of roof racks. Been fobbed off, contact the manufacturer. I can't contact the manufacturer. Under Australian Consumer Law it's the retailer not the consumer.

Terrible service, quoted delivery time of 1 day. 4 business days later the item doesn’t even appear to have been collected. There is no phone number provided for customer support, only an email to which no response has been given

I ordered an item listed as in stock online, however they didn’t have stock and they had to order the item which meant a 10 business day wait. Although this was the case they were listed as in stock on the website after my order. I notified them and they still listed the item as in stock. Once I received the order they packed the wrong parts. I have waited for almost 3 weeks for my order and now I need to organise the correct parts to be sent. Very disappointing service. I will be writing to Yakima about the distribution of their products.

Ordered on the 3/1/2025 with reply delivery in one business day, arrived on the 15/1/2025 with items missing and invoice telling me all have been delivered.

We sincerely apologise for the confusion. As we are customer of the freight companies we are also disappointed in the delay in your order arriving. As our Brisbane warehouse had a majority of the items in stock, with the platform itself being in Victoria, we opted to split ship your order at no extra cost to ensure it arrived with no further delays. As the platform is a larger item and coming from Victoria, it may take longer than initially expected to arrive.

Hi There, I ordered my Thule Bike Rack on November 23, 2024. I received the item on December 13, 2024. I used the Rack December 14, 2024. I've got a lot of issues of this Rack: 1. The Frame holder or clipper will dislocate from the frame once you tight them up. 2. The Cover of the brand Thule is not fit the way it use to be, i even losen up the 3 screws provided and ended up BROKEN. 3. The 2 main holder of the tire which is the most important part of the Rack is BROKEN.. Now!!! How do you feel this pricey item end up like this if you are a CUSTOMER? And tell me what's you're decisions? If you ask me, I'll send this back and ask for a Refund. I thought THULE BUILT FOR TOUGHNESS... I just used for a day, ,,,,.... Not happy at all... I need you're feedback ASAP... Thanks for listening, RicoManlucot

Product not delivered after 2 weeks, but was meant to be delivered in a few days. There have been multiple promises, none met. No communication from Roof Racks Galore or their delivery company Northline. The only information I received was because I kept contacting both Roof Racks Galore and Northline and being told it was going to be delivered tomorrow, and then tomorrow, and then the truck broke down. Every other company I have bought things from notifies me when delivery is expected or if there is a delay but not these guys. Absolutely hopeless!

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Roof Racks Galore has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I was promised immediate dispatch of my order upon purchase, only to face multiple delays. First, they said it would arrive within 7 days, then another 7 days. Here I am, a month later, still waiting. The items I ordered—a roof rack, installation kit, and gas can holder—were available at the time of purchase, yet they refused to send items separately. After all this waiting, I went to collect my order only to find just a single gas can holder. That’s it. No sign of my roof rack or installation kit, and I have not received any dispatch information on the remaining items. Emails show I was promised one thing by one person, only to be handed off to someone else. I spoke to Gabby, Caureen, Alexis, then was sent across two states for even worse customer service from Caleb in SA, only to end up back with Alexis. Four different people, and still no resolution. Promises were made and broken repeatedly, and it’s clear this company has no intention of following through. Save yourself the headache—go somewhere else. Roof Racks Galore is unreliable, lacks transparency, and does not value its customers.

Placed an order and paid for 2 day delivery. 5 days later it hasn’t arrived. Called the help desk who said try will call back by end of day and didn’t do so. So I have paid for an item which hasn’t yet been delivered and have received a commitment for follow-up which hasn’t materialized. Not great
