Purchased a flat bed rack only to find an attachment product manufactured by the same parent company and sold in the store were incompatible. Roof Rack Galore’s solution was to sell me $80 extra hardware. Basically needed two rack-specific anchors. Any decent retailer would offer up the anchors no doubt worth a couple of bucks. But not Roof Racks Galore. Arguing the point to fleece another $80 and sell a minimum of 8 anchors. Terrible customer service and the same hardware was $59 bucks 200 metres down the road. What’s more, the racks at the other store were $200 bucks cheaper and fitting was half the price. Lesson learned, avoid Roof Racks Galore and shop around.
