Hi There, I ordered my Thule Bike Rack on November 23, 2024. I received the item on December 13, 2024. I used the Rack December 14, 2024. I've got a lot of issues of this Rack: 1. The Frame holder or clipper will dislocate from the frame once you tight them up. 2. The Cover of the brand Thule is not fit the way it use to be, i even losen up the 3 screws provided and ended up BROKEN. 3. The 2 main holder of the tire which is the most important part of the Rack is BROKEN.. Now!!! How do you feel this pricey item end up like this if you are a CUSTOMER? And tell me what's you're decisions? If you ask me, I'll send this back and ask for a Refund. I thought THULE BUILT FOR TOUGHNESS... I just used for a day, ,,,,.... Not happy at all... I need you're feedback ASAP... Thanks for listening, RicoManlucot

Product not delivered after 2 weeks, but was meant to be delivered in a few days. There have been multiple promises, none met. No communication from Roof Racks Galore or their delivery company Northline. The only information I received was because I kept contacting both Roof Racks Galore and Northline and being told it was going to be delivered tomorrow, and then tomorrow, and then the truck broke down. Every other company I have bought things from notifies me when delivery is expected or if there is a delay but not these guys. Absolutely hopeless!

Poor customer experience due to poor communication on product availability and delivery time. Information from the store not in sync with information from online customer staff. Felt disappointed.

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Roof Racks Galore has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I was promised immediate dispatch of my order upon purchase, only to face multiple delays. First, they said it would arrive within 7 days, then another 7 days. Here I am, a month later, still waiting. The items I ordered—a roof rack, installation kit, and gas can holder—were available at the time of purchase, yet they refused to send items separately. After all this waiting, I went to collect my order only to find just a single gas can holder. That’s it. No sign of my roof rack or installation kit, and I have not received any dispatch information on the remaining items. Emails show I was promised one thing by one person, only to be handed off to someone else. I spoke to Gabby, Caureen, Alexis, then was sent across two states for even worse customer service from Caleb in SA, only to end up back with Alexis. Four different people, and still no resolution. Promises were made and broken repeatedly, and it’s clear this company has no intention of following through. Save yourself the headache—go somewhere else. Roof Racks Galore is unreliable, lacks transparency, and does not value its customers.

Placed an order and paid for 2 day delivery. 5 days later it hasn’t arrived. Called the help desk who said try will call back by end of day and didn’t do so. So I have paid for an item which hasn’t yet been delivered and have received a commitment for follow-up which hasn’t materialized. Not great

Website said that RRG had the item I wanted in stock with a delivery time of 1-2 days. I therefore placed the order, waited 6 days, heard nothing, so I phoned customer service. Person said they didn’t’ have the item in stock (was ‘on order’) and apologised for failing to let me know. I’m now awaiting a refund.

Despite the very expense courier costs for a tiny package which could easily have gone through the post, I have not received the parcel yet. It was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago.

Appalling ONLINE service 24 hr dispatch guarantee ordered Sunday was not cleared for dispatch until Wednesday and still not dispatched on Friday.Had to ask for refund. Wow Blamed shipping provider that ROOF RACKS GALORE. have chosen to be there provider at a certain price point that suits you. That is your fault for using that provider m.

Ordered seven business days ago after checking on stock. Nothing, not even a tracking number after three contacts with support. In store help at Geelong has previously been 1st class but this is poor.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the online customer service support of Roof Racks Galore. I noticed a product I was interested in was advertised at a certain price on their website. However, when I attempted to make the purchase, the price at checkout was significantly higher. Naturally, I reached out to their customer service, expecting them to honour the advertised price. The representative Alexis, whom I messaged was unwilling to match the price that was clearly displayed on their own site even though I provided screenshots as evidence. If they can't even honour their own advertised prices, it raises serious questions about their integrity and respect for customers. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere and would advise others to do the same. If you are buying from Roof Racks Galore, beware of potential price discrepancies and unhelpful customer service.

Not impressed so far. I live in Glen Innes in northern NSW. For some inexplicable reason your store initially decided to dispatch the order from Victoria. When I saw nothing was happening and emailed you it was decided to send it from Brisbane. Now it has gone south and is in Tamworth. I might get it 2 weeks after ordering it and 5 days after I need it. Not good enough really. You need to get your warehouse system much better organised.

Aramex sent me a “no reply” email today saying that they delivered my parcel and left it in a safe place. Yet my partner was home all day and said no one called/knocked and there is no parcel anywhere to be found in our yard. I realise you are not the transport/delivery company but I am not sure which way to go to find a solution to this problem.

Just go in store. Their online services is terrible on multiple accounts in my experience Their online channels are both disappointing. I could get one of the two required roof rack brackets for my car from them via eBay and the other from the website. I bought the eBay one for about $70 and went to the website to get the other one and realised that I could get them both for $100 - with 'free postage' on orders over $99. ....except it wouldn't give me free postage so I selected the $10, 1 day estimated courier delivery (both items were meant to be in stock for collection in the local Brisbane store) and figured it was too insignificant to cry over. I then went and requested a cancellation on the eBay order 15minutes after I placed the order - which roof racks galore refused the next day and sent out to me regardless - arriving a couple days later (Never mind - I'll just return it to the shop after the other ones arrive) Except that having ordered on the 15th July with 1 day delivery, and having the option for next day click and collect in Brisbane when I did, the direct order (on the $10 one day courier service) was dispatched from Perth and tracking on the 27th July shows it somewhere between Perth and Brisbane with a note form last week to say it was held up in Sydney for 48 hours. But no tracking update or scans since being picked up from Perth. So talk about a hassle just to get hardware to mount the actual racks, half the required brackets and legs (which came through in three different shipments from the eBay order) I'm sure that they will sort everything out in store when I drive the 20 mins to return the $70 eBay brackets, buy them back for $50 along with $50 for the other ones I need and ask for my $10 1 day postage to be refunded ...and that they give me a prepaid return label so I can send back whatever box arrives after it's finished it's winter sight seeing in Sydney.

Thanks for your review. You may have confused our policy and eBay policy/processes. We are unable to recall packages instantly. It can take 2-3 business days for a freight company to locate the package and return back to us. We are always happy to assist with a refund and return. I'm glad this is sorted for you.

Really dissapointed with these Yakima roof racks. 50mm difference between the two aluminium bars ,rear bar extended to full limit just to fit my car. Strength has been compromised. I do not recommend to buy.
