“I wasn’t sure on what I needed for my car and to carry my kayak. I called the national number and was put on to a fitment specialist. They took the time to explain the difference between Yakima bars on offer and help me make my choice which I couldn’t have been happier with. Postage was quick and the website purchase was simple with their amazing ‘car selector’ tool to make sure you get the right fit. 100% recommend you can order online with confidence. The Yakima TrimHD bars feel solid and are whisper quiet on the roof even at 110km/h. The measurements etched into the underside of the rails are a genius move making setup sooo much easier. The whole system was quite simple to setup once I found a couple of online videos for the final steps of putting the bars and towers on the car. The only confusing point was the Toe and pitch settings on towers but once I was putting it all together it became more obvious than initially indicated on the instructions. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the fit and finish of the equipment and it carries my kayak beautifully, especially with the Yakima Sweetroll system as well. Couldn’t be happier.”
