“I took my RAV4 to remove the screws pointing to the sky from the roof rack. I was expecting to get an appointment, but when I went to the counter, the service person came out and removed it very quickly. It is a difficult job for a normal person, because it needed special tools. I highly recommend for their services. Top of that no charges imposed.”

They gave me genuinely helpful, knowledgeable advice, supplied a great Rhino-Rack platform setup, and went above and beyond to help me get it installed properly. What really stood out was the combination of excellent product knowledge, practical advice and a willingness to actually help — not just sell me something and send me on my way.
