“We paid full price but shipping was... I think, twenty bucks or so. The competition was way cheaper but the shipping was seventy...ish. All in all, this mob were a touch more expensive but getting had on shipping doesn't impress me.”

“My first visit in store was great. The guy that served me was full of knowledge and put together exactly what I was after. Only reason I don’t go 5 stars is that accessories are overpriced, but that’s probably more of an issue that rhino rack should consider.”

“Fantastic response times and communication. My minor complaint is when we weren’t home to receive delivery, instead of leaving it with Australia Post 5 mins away, we had to drive 40 mins away to the Star Track depot to pick it up.”

“I ordered a roof rack for my Ford Ranger to assist in carrying long loads of timber, works well in conjunction with the tray alloy racks already fitted, the experience was very good delivered quickly at a very reasonable rate. Price of the rack a little costly! But overall the service was great, website was easy to navigate.”

“Ordering the loading ramp and delivery time was good but the actual delivery was bad. The ramp was dropped over the gate onto the driveway in plane site of the street. No message was sent to say that it was delivered. Not good enough.”
