“Items were not delivered in a timely fashion.”

“There was no comunication with shipping , no tracking provided, did not ship within the stated 1-3 days . I had to call multiple times and was given incorrect information. Luckily i was home when the rack arrived as i had not been notified by StarTrack, the packing was damaged but thakfully the rack was ok.”

“Misleading I thought I was buying roof rack but instead I ended up with a set of mounting brackets which are totally useless without the roof platform which I was informed was another $1000 and I'm not paying that much I'll look around for a second hand one disappointed”

“Initially great service. Team at Matraville were very helpful. But I ordered roof racks on 17th and paid extra for express shipping with an estimated 1 day delivery time… they arrived on the 28th (4 working days) later.”

“Brilliant service, installation and timing. If you wait while they install your rack make sure you take a chair. I had to do my iPad work on a rubbish bin outside and standing for about an hour. No coffee ….no water….no personal attention. Disappointing.”

“Can't relly complain about this supplier EXCEPT that their choice of couriers id poor. I ordered a ladder rack (cost me all up $434) on Nov 3 and still have not got it. I'm chasing the courier atm of course. As I said RR Galore were OK to deal with but the courier used by them is expensive and unreliable. I wouldn't bother posting thid but you asked !!”

“Service side was great - felt a little mislead with teh purchase of the Mister Hitches lockable hitch pin. Says will do up to 100mm however it is not until you have it and can read fine print on the backit states to fit 100mm you will not be able to fit the retaining pin/clip and will only have the lock - not sure howI am going to proceed just yet”

“Easy to order. Great price. Sadly the rack is producing some minor vibrations. I’ve spent sometime adjusting and testing. Went into roof rack galore at Maroochydore and assistant was good, checked the install but couldn’t recommend a great deal to fix other than additional deflectors. Going to try some but still easier to order those online.”

“Helpful service, great prices for name brand priducts. Only disappointment was slow shipping - they offer free delivery but I chose to pay extra for express post - that was a waste of money! Took two days to dispatch, and when send they chose not to even send express post despite having paid for it. Still, I would probably use them again and just drive to wherever the actual shopfront is.”
