It took 2 months and I still haven’t gotten the parts ordered- I have a spare parts managers background and feel that the smaller parts like the ratchet and spring worth only a few $$ but have to spend $90. To get them also I feel that the manufacturer should have stock in Australia

Friendly service guy at the Mitcham store. Webstore stock tracking system needs an overhaul; conflicting information provided by the physical store vs the webstore. I was advised by webstore customer service that the item will be available in two weeks for pick up (good), and when I followed up on its' status after 2 weeks, was told another 2+ weeks was required (bad). I contacted the store directly and my order was already awaiting collection! Go figure.

Online processes work OK. Communication is a little slow for me. Click and collect. No indication if in stock. When can I pick up? Admitted this was Sunday.

Pretty annoying that the website said it was in stock at a nearby store for pick-up in 1-2 days, then a couple days later they leave a voicemail to say its on backorder and will be available in a month. When it was eventually ready took them forever to find the order in the system. The staff were friendly enough and helped fit.

The order and delivery of the Thule foot clamp was quick and easy, however nowhere does it state that it’s not a complete kit needed. I’ve had to now order an additional “kit 1” part that wasn’t included. It doesn’t state anywhere that there are two separate parts to the foot &clamp to mount it.

Service was good but I did clearly ordered for a black colour roof rack and I went to pickup the racks, which take me 30 min to drive. I got the racks and I never thought to check the content and when I got home, surprise that the colour I ordered didn't match, it was silver.

Not a great click and collect experience. Received 2 emails asking for feedback, within 24 hours but no communication to say if the item ordered was ready to be collected or the opening hours for collection. Went to the store a week later and they didn't have the item in stock and had to order it from interstate, Received a text a week later to say the item could be collected. Won't bother with C&C in future.

Easy click and collect, unfortunately the part I bought had been used and fitted to someone else's vehicle as it has marks and scratches from bolts and rub marks from a poor fitment, as well as paint missing from the bracket. Not bad for new in the box!

You keep sending me emails for a review and I have not received my roof racks yet. Your website said available and ready to deliver in a few days but it's going to be a few weeks. Perhaps don't hassle me for a review until you deliver the goods.

It's hard to leave a review when the product has not been delivered or and information of delivery since payment made last Friday today is Wednesday the following week a review should be made on the entire experience

Online assistant could not answer a simple question and advised she was going to check with someone else but then the chat ended and I was advised you were having system issues. I’d ordered anyway and did quickly receive exactly what I needed.

Ordered using click and collect option two days ago, still no message to say my item is ready for collection, but feedback has been requested twice.. Not sure why you would expect feedback until I actually have the purchased item?
