“The only fault is they advertise free postage then after the order was placed I was informed there is an $80 postage fee from the roof rack manufacturer, they did offer to split the postage so It cost me another $40 I need the rack asap so I accepted their offer. Still waiting on the racks arrival.”

“I have only just ordered a roof rack as I write this review, after looking online for ages to find a business that sells racks to suit trucks I was rapt to find the Roof Racks Galore site. Since ordering my roof rack I was informed that it had to come from the manufacturer and would take up to 12 days, then 3 days later I was informed that as it was a long or large roof rack the postage is $80 but they would absorb $40 so I would need to pay $40. They offer free postage, don't believe them. Still waiting on the roof rack to be delivered. Hope this review helps.”

“Great selection, helpful service at time of sale. On trying to return one component of several I'd ordered the tone of service changed. Returns were fussy, full of caveats and potential restocking fees.”
