“Rang store and asked bout doing an online order with express freight... Was not informed it had to come from the warehouse until 3 days after order was placed.. now waiting 7 to 10 business days for order to arrive”

“the guys i spoke with were polite. however just bad luck i bought something during a time they were moving systems. as a systems project manager, i know that can be difficult and it requires a little investment from the acquisition team. that does not seem to have happened here. item delayed a week or so. no big deal, but potentially a nightmare for staff.”

“Place an order for delivery spoke to sales person at a store in the Sunshine Coast. Was not informed it has to came from the warehouse paid an extra 60 dollars for express delivery. Now waiting 7 to 10 days”

“Purchased something that needed a clearer description of the item quantity. Thought I was getting two of something that I only received one of. However shipping and checkout has a decent user interface which is why I chose Roof Racks Galore over another website. Just feeling a bit ripped off when the other website was selling a two pack for the same price as the Roof Racks Galore one pack”

“Online store persons very helpful. Click and collect process could have been better. Made 3 phone calls over 3hrs regarding a simple order and on final call was told “we have those in stock so can come in anytime” all previous calls were “wait for a text when items would be ready”. Waited hours which delayed fitment. Either purchase instore or if you can, wait for delivery. Click and collect experience was not ideal.”

“Placed an order based on stock being available, but was notified stock had to be ordered direct from supplier with 7 to 10 working day turn around due to not being able to drop ship from supplier, and after some back and forth with supplier and RRG, they were then able to drop ship, but they had already cancelled my order and I bought elsewhere.”

“Didn’t have the advertised roof rack in stock (Cruz Airo). They said they only order them from Spain once every 3 or 4 months. 3 stars because they refunded my money fairly quickly.”

Thanks for your feedback Peter, CRUZ is particularly difficult brand to have efficient shipping times, as we receive these brands directly from Europe in a quarterly ordering plan. “Online service was good and easy to order, But I am still waiting for delivery and was given dates of 18/8 - 23/8 was so excited reading reviews about quick delivery but unfortunately not mine”

I'm not specifically sure why this has taken as long to arrive to you, I can see that it has been delivered, approximately 7 hours from the time of writing. “I only ordered today being Saturday at around 2.00pm. Payment was processed quickly and a confirmation invoice was sent. I cannot comment further until the Cruz roof racks arrive. But so far so good.”
