Purchased something that needed a clearer description of the item quantity. Thought I was getting two of something that I only received one of. However shipping and checkout has a decent user interface which is why I chose Roof Racks Galore over another website. Just feeling a bit ripped off when the other website was selling a two pack for the same price as the Roof Racks Galore one pack
