the guys i spoke with were polite. however just bad luck i bought something during a time they were moving systems. as a systems project manager, i know that can be difficult and it requires a little investment from the acquisition team. that does not seem to have happened here. item delayed a week or so. no big deal, but potentially a nightmare for staff.
