“Price & product was good - delivery ok (that's about more Australia Post) but postage witching Perth for x2 small plastic end cap keys was pretty OTT - can't see why such items couldn't be put in an envelope & sent for 50c rather than nearly $10”

“I ordered an item which was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. However I was contacted promptly and given the option to cancel, or wait knowing there would be a delay. I opted to wait and was impressed with the level of communication. My item arrived today and I am very happy with it.”

“The staff at the Kedron shop is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a mixed experience at the East Brisbane shop. One of the staff was quite rude and dismissive and, it turned out, did not quite know the products either. I was about to walk out when the other staff member (their name possibly June) helped me out. Friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful.”

“I needed a fitting kit for my daughter’s car, a Holden Cruze sedan, and tried all the local car accessory shops but having no luck. Found Roof Racks Galore in Hallam who, while not having the item in stock, advised me about their online store. Ordered, paid for and waiting for delivery”
