“My engagement so far is as follows, 1. Order accepted and acknowledged 2. Track my parcel email received, the link provides NO Information of value. No indication of arrival date or delivery agent. 3. Following a request to review my review here are some additional notes and adjusted my rating of RRG themselves. My goods were delivered quickly and efficiently. Indeed I have made an additional order. My review relates to the Open Freight App that is used to track the delivery, it provided no useful info before delivery at any time and I was requested to review before I recieved the goods.”

Thanks for your feedback, Brian! We can see you placed your order on Thursday 14th of March and we dispatched it the next business day(Friday the 15th). This was safely delivered to you on Monday the 18th at 1:55 pm. We send all customers tracking information through our 3rd party freight manager, your experience has been noted and we hope you have a better experience with us next time.

“Kit was almost perfect. Few little marks on the bar and two of the Allen key bolts were missing, perhaps the kit was previously opened? But otherwise, my roof rack is now installed and ready to go.”

“There were a few delays with orders and both times ive ordered the item I purchased was not in stock despite online indicating availability and allowing me to purchase and pay. However, there was good communications in between and I received my order. Overall satisfied and would shop here again. I would rather shop somewhere that resolved minor issues with good comms compared and makes it more trustworthy. Thank you.”

“Great service. I ordered an item for click and collect that had to be special ordered. They contacted me the day after my order to let me know the delivery date (10-14 days). As it was a xmas gift and would not arrive before xmas they offered to let me cancel the order and refunded the money into my bank straight away. Best service from a company. Would use them again for purchase. Easy, simple, efficient service.”

“Initially had a Click and Collect that wasn't in stock although I was told it was. When the stock was available, I didn't receive a confirmation, the but is when I enquired about shipping the product I received it two days later and no extra cost. Great recovery team.”

“Overall good, but I really did not like the black clingwrap (excessive amount). Not only hard to extract the contents, but I'm sure it's really, really not environmentally friendly in any way! Enough to put me off buying again.”
