“There were a few delays with orders and both times ive ordered the item I purchased was not in stock despite online indicating availability and allowing me to purchase and pay. However, there was good communications in between and I received my order. Overall satisfied and would shop here again. I would rather shop somewhere that resolved minor issues with good comms compared and makes it more trustworthy. Thank you.”

“Great service. I ordered an item for click and collect that had to be special ordered. They contacted me the day after my order to let me know the delivery date (10-14 days). As it was a xmas gift and would not arrive before xmas they offered to let me cancel the order and refunded the money into my bank straight away. Best service from a company. Would use them again for purchase. Easy, simple, efficient service.”

“Initially had a Click and Collect that wasn't in stock although I was told it was. When the stock was available, I didn't receive a confirmation, the but is when I enquired about shipping the product I received it two days later and no extra cost. Great recovery team.”

“Overall good, but I really did not like the black clingwrap (excessive amount). Not only hard to extract the contents, but I'm sure it's really, really not environmentally friendly in any way! Enough to put me off buying again.”

“The roof rack came fairly quickly and with no issues. Ony issue being that the attachment kit I purchased at the same time to use with this rack wasn't suitable for the roof rack. It would have been ideal if I had been notified of this before getting the rack, even if it were just a confirmation call.”

“Well- I've yet to receive my order so I can only give it 4 stars. Regardless, I can not complain about the customer service in regard to the order- both the online store help, as well as the customer service from North Lakes Qld store in regard to the appropriate fittings and racks have been very good.”

“Excellent website. Easy to find a selection of products which fit my vehicle, choose what I needed and then place my order. I wanted to remove just 1/4 of a star from my 5 star review, but could only go down to 4. This is for two reasons: Firstly, standard shipping, although free on my order, took longer than expected. I ordered late on a Monday evening, shipment was delivered following Tuesday mid-day. Invoice stated "Estimated delivered Time: 1 day(s)" from Couriers Please. RRG Website says "expected 1-7 days" Secondly, the black plastic wrapping isn't recyclable, which is a problem. More landfill. The products were already packaged by the manufacturer in cardboard boxes. I still recommend RRG to friends and colleagues.”
