The staff at the Kedron shop is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a mixed experience at the East Brisbane shop. One of the staff was quite rude and dismissive and, it turned out, did not quite know the products either. I was about to walk out when the other staff member (their name possibly June) helped me out. Friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful.
