I ordered some roof bars from Roof Racks Galore (RRG) online store that turned out not to fit. Not RRG's fault, it's a new car and different from the previous model which hadn't been picked up on the manufacturer's website. The staff at RRG Welshpool were skilled, helpful and efficient and quickly helped to establish the correct roof bars for my car. They ordered and then fitted them for me to ensure they were correct then communicated the details back to the bar manufacturer so they can update their website. This all happened within two days. Excellent prompt service, together with very competitive prices, I can't recommend them highly enough.
