“We puchased a set of roof racks, however I orderd the wrong size (my fault). I notified RRG, ordered the correct set, dropped the incorrect size into the Frankston store, within 3 days I had the correct set delivered and the refund on the 1st set. I was really empressed with their undestanding and hastle free process. Well done and thanks.”
