“Bit disappointing, 4 fellas working there but the fella serving me wasn't too helpful, I think he could've been more helpful with their products, I'm a tradesman and ok with my hands but I feel for anyone walking in there hoping for an adequate service, get off your asses and walk outside where their vehicle is and explain, with bit of enthusiasm.”

“I purchased a set of rhino roof racks on line and they arrived at my house 2 days later. Unfortunately when I opened one of the boxes a piece was missing. I contacted customer service and the item was sent out to me that day and I received it next day. The service and product was fantastic I highly recommend dealing with this company Thank you RRG.
