“Best product at the most competitive price with great customer service. My Yakima swing away was by far the cheapest at Roof Racks Galore and was in stock. Pick up was a breeze. When I fitted the rack to my van I realised I needed an extension hutch, they were again the cheapest shop and had the item in stock. Why would you want to shop anywhere else.”

“I will never buy from roof racks galore,and recommend everyone keep away they take your money and dont send the product, been 3 weeks since order, still hasnt been sent. Asked a week and a half ago and they told me it was delivered. I argued then they said it hasnt been sent yet, they have none in stock, then they said 3 business days and they will send, now been 4 business days, i have sent 3 emails and they have ignored them all.Tim Martin(owner) should be ashamed of himself approving this kind of customer service.”

“Fitted 180 Darche awning, 530litre Rhino roof box and 3 Rhino Vortex bars on Prado. Excellent customer service,patience and willingness to listen and explain and discuss. I was looked after by Max at Preston Vic. Max really went the extra effort happy to chat and research options. I arrived at a decision and was booked in for 2 days later, everything was in stock. Prices and installation fee very reasonable. Max and colleague did the install without a hitch, excellent work. Very happy with result. We can't wait to be out on the road. I can't commend Roof Racks Galore enough. Highly recommend. If you're after some gear for your roof, you can't go wrong with Max and colleagues at Preston Roof Racks Galore. Big thankyou from me.”

“This is a 5 star review for the follow up from the guys they were ace. Originally bought a pro rack from them as suggested to fit the bill, had it fitted started to rattle a lot through the legs. The guys came out and diagnosed the bars and following being unable to find the issues offered to remove the racks return them and then fit new racks of a better brand just for the extra charge of the product but no further labour charges. The guys helped massively no more rattling and so far so well cheers! Roof Racks Galore Welshpool.”

“5 Stars for the crew at the Hallam store being the closest from Traralgon, for the excellent service and Fitting the Platform to my Ford Everest, all my concerns etc where answered and i was shown details on my fitting,etc , nothing was to much "Highly recommended" a happy customer .”

“Caleb form the online platform has helped me so very much today. I purchased the wrong type for my vehicle thinking it would fit. Caleb helped me to identify the ones that will fit and has offered to swap them over for me to the rhino type. This has been the best customer service i have received in a very long time. Highly recommend Roof Racks Galore. store i deal with is Edinburgh SA. great people to deal with”

James was great, first he came out to me vehicle to help diagnose the issue then offered to help going above and beyond to help me find a solution.id highly recommend speaking with the guys in store! “I made two purchases at this store, and unfortunately, both were problematic. The first purchase was a two-bar roof rack. When I got home and tried to install it, I realized it was the wrong one. I returned to the store the next day to exchange it for the correct model, only to find out that the right rack was actually cheaper. I was disappointed that there was no offer of a discount or even free installation to make up for the inconvenience. The second purchase was a roof platform. I used the store's website to select the product based on my car’s details, and the picture on the site clearly showed a platform that covered the entire roof. However, when I got home, I discovered the platform was only half the size. I returned the next day, paid an additional $280, and had to settle for installation as part of the deal. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and minimal customer service made these experiences very frustrating. I won’t be returning or recommending this store.”
