“I tried to research, then buy roof racks for A BYD Shark, I wanted a specifc sleek type look and I couldn't find anything online at any of the big auto retailers, nor in store where staff just didn't know what was availble and what would fit a new model vehicle etc. I even tried Rhino and Rola direct, they were clueless as well. Then I got onto Roof Racks Galore website, found an option that looked good, would fit etc. I ordered it, it was delivered fast. No fuss, no uncertainty, no dramas. Good website that was up to date with a good selection of mixed product options, not just 10 versions of the same thing. And great updates on delivery etc. From now on I'll go to Roof Rack Galore first everytime.”

“Purchased a flat bed rack only to find an attachment product manufactured by the same parent company and sold in the store were incompatible. Roof Rack Galore’s solution was to sell me $80 extra hardware. Basically needed two rack-specific anchors. Any decent retailer would offer up the anchors no doubt worth a couple of bucks. But not Roof Racks Galore. Arguing the point to fleece another $80 and sell a minimum of 8 anchors. Terrible customer service and the same hardware was $59 bucks 200 metres down the road. What’s more, the racks at the other store were $200 bucks cheaper and fitting was half the price. Lesson learned, avoid Roof Racks Galore and shop around.”

“the staff at fyshwick are very friendly and knowledgeable and were very helpful inadvising me on what product I should have on my pajero sport (RHINO RACK AND STEDI 42'' LED BAR ) all fitted well and works well.I would highly recommend RRG to do business with .”

“After market attachments no longer able to be fitted without switching out the included bolts for Rhino Rack half plastic $10 fixings. The platform racks no longer have wider slots at the end of panels to allow entry of most attachments (ie Maxtrax attachments). They do not even allow attachment of Maxtrax brand attachment brackets despite Maxtrax and Rhino Rack being owned by the same parent company. What a rip off!!”

“My package hasn't arrived yet, I'm not too concerned about that, but what i am concerned about is that the tracking number provided says that the package is in transit to far North Queensland, (Cairns) ya know, and I'm not that far north. So, the bustards gone past me. Apart from all that, I'm just glad the good mob at Roof Racks Galore had the parts on hand that I need. Cheers fella's”
