“Tony and the Team did a fantastic job dealing with my complicated project. They had all the parts in stock and were quick, tidy at a reasonable price. 5 ⭐️”

“Fitted nicely to the vehicle. The only advise is the bolts that fix the rack to the mounting kit are a bit short. It would be better if the thread actually went through the locknut so than the nylon could do its job properly”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Jarred at Edinburgh Superstore! Jarred went above and beyond to help me find a used crossbar mounting holder for my Mitsubishi ASX. He patiently explained how to fit it correctly and helped me find all the required parts. His knowledge, friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile are truly appreciated. Jarred, you made my day! I hope this review makes yours too. Keep up the fantastic work! 👏”

“Do not use RRG. I have been trying to get a refund from them for two weeks. Now they do not reply to emails. I am reporting them to business consumer services. The bars they provided are poor and a safety risk. Really very dissatisfied.”

“Having an issue with the grabber arm, part of my Thule bike rack, I entered the Mitcham store and was met with a few solutions that I had available to me. Super friendly and solution focused - I was able to have my issue resolved on the spot, and further advice was given to support the likelihood of / if similar issues occured again. I 100% fully recommend Mitcham's Roof Racks Galore Superstore!”

“My wife is having problems with her roof rack, so I visted the Mitcheum store yersterday 14th October 2026. The sales person could not have been more helpful. He was not sleezy, indifferent, pushy, bored. None of those. He quickly relised that the issue was complex and that a sale was not imminent, so gave it all his attention, explored various options , and was as helpful as he could be under the circumstances. He defitinitely did not make a sale, but his reward as a decent human being will certainly help him as he goes throiugh life. Well done, and keep beingn a decent human being”

“I have EllitiGO stand up bikes which are hard to get a bike rack to fit in Australia and consequently I have been looking for years and nearly gave up. I saw the Cruz platform rack and sent all my bike dimensions to Roof Racks Galore to see if it would be suitable. They got back to me swiftly and I purchased soon after. The delivery was fast and the service fantastic! I am extremely happy with both my purchase, the price and the service I recieved from Roof Racks Galore! Fantastic team! THANK YOU 😍”

“Purchased a product from this company and the exact one I wanted was unfortunately not in stock anymore: they called me to check whether the same product but different color was also OK within 24h, and then shipped the product the next day in the AM. Apparantly my apartment unit number did not come through correctly (most likely my bad) which resulted in the package not being delivered when it was expected: I contacted them and got a response over email within 30 minutes, followed up with a call from the shipping companing within 30 min after that to confirm my unit number to allow for proper delivery: I have not received the product yet, but the product is a roof rack and can be bought at many places, the service they (so far) provide is not a given though: recommend!”
