“Today I had the most amazing experience at the Narellan / Smeaton Grange branch. Genuine assistance, with the client in mind rather than sales motivated. I came with a problem, that other roof-rack place told me will essentially be a $700 fix. I left with a $26 part and advice on how to get me out of trouble. The proper fix is going to be just $250 odd. All because they took the time to look, listen and then advise me with my best interest in mind, rather than replacing everything, just fixing what needs to be done! Thank You.”
