“I purchased a set of rhino roof racks on line and they arrived at my house 2 days later. Unfortunately when I opened one of the boxes a piece was missing. I contacted customer service and the item was sent out to me that day and I received it next day. The service and product was fantastic I highly recommend dealing with this company Thank you RRG. “Roof Racks galore online stores have twice advertised and sold me products that are unavailable. Money is held and order cancelled without consultation, while falsely claiming that I made the request. It is misleading retail conduct and breaches consumer law. Unless you can see the product don't purchase here.”
