“Roof Racks Galore Rockingham - Great service, prompt action on requests and always happy to assist. Finally we have a proper roof rack and car accessories brick and mortar store in the Rockingham region and not a car parts or “just as long as it’s a 4WD” store that has either some of the range or it’s so scattered around the store they don’t know what they have in stock because what’s shown in online store isn’t even close. So if you’re after a full set up or just a replacement key for your currently installed roof rack, this is the place you need to put at the top of your list to begin putting your parts list together AND getting it supplied. Top place and a top crew happy to help you with all your requirements.”

“I purchased some Thule roof mounted bike racks for my car from them many years ago from the team at the Mitcham store, and recently have recently been back to get some spare parts, some which they had to order in. The team are always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble! I would highly recommend them!”

“Purchased dropracks for a Mercedes Sprinter. Assunmed I was getting the required hardware to be able to fit the racks to my car as I brought a product that was described as racks for a Mecedes Sprinter. Unfortunately no mounting brackes were provided. After carefull review I realise that the mounts were not included. This was not clear on the website. Then tried to find brackes for my Sprinter on the web site but was unable to find any suitable brackets. Ended up having to make my own. Lucky Im a bit handy otherwise I would have a set of Racks that can't be fitted to my vehicle. I expected a more wholistic and complete service to be provided. If you sell racks for a particular vehicle there should be mounting brackets, at least available, if not included to enable the product to be fitted to the intended vehicle. Having said that the racks are well made and seem sturdy and good quality.”
