“I have a pair of Yakima roofracks, which I bought from Roofracks Galore, Springwood, back in 2023, I was trying to get around to fitting them myself, but couldn't find the time. I booked my 2011 Suzuki Swift and they had the racks fitted within 1/2 an hour as of start-time of booking on the day, which I thought was pretty awesome, thankyou, Roofracks Galore Springwood, you did an awesome job fitting the roofrack to my car, just as Arnie says, "I'LL BE BACK"!!!!!”

“Very disappointing experience. I placed order 000184426 on 24 January, which was supposed to arrive within one or two days. The order arrived partially, but the “Cruz LCV Commercial Legs 8 Pack” is still missing weeks later. I’ve called several times and was told someone would follow up and call me back, but that never happened. I’ve had to keep chasing this myself with no proper response or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I honestly wish no star was an option.”

“I want to commend John & Sam at your Castle Hill store. Being a woman who likes to drive off road it isn’t always easy to be taken seriously when fitting out my 4WD. These guys were great. They checked where I wanted things located & alerted me to issues and resolved them on the spot. They just got on with the job keeping me fully updated and then showed me through the items that I had had fitted. Excellent work; sincere thank you.”

“Thanks to the team at Kedron store for great service and help setting up our new Thule bike rack.
