“Dave from Smeaton Grange Roof Racks Galore! 100% 6 Star Service Mate. Totally recommend his workmanship and also as a person! I showed up randomly keen 1 hr before closing. He helped me choose a perfect system and after realising both our schedules were booked out for the week, he then asked me 10mins before knock off..."Do I want to do it right now?" He stayed back and I stayed with him to help lift things as he was by himself. We got everything done by 6.30pm. Thank You Dave for running through all the details of different racks and light mounts and accessories, getting right into the goods and being straight and blunt with the bads. 6 Stars for you Bud. Thank You.”

“They advertise that they have the Kaon Cargo barrier in stock, but don't, and when I attended their Moorabbin store they said they will only get them in when they have $5K worth of orders. The alternative was that they would place a special order, provided I paid freight. What they should do instead, is take these off their online advertising on google and stop suckering customers in to attend their stores.”

“Non-existent service from Ashmore store. Quoted 1 - 3 delivery from an on-line order?? 6 days for a box of fittings… I’m still waiting for the 2nd half to come from Adelaide, ..8 days so far- no notification yet! Q2…. I’ll wait until the rest of my order arrives before answering that.”

“Roof rack fitfinder referred to a sale item that did not fit. They then claimed that the item was unable to be refunded or exchanged - so referred to CA. Amusingly neither the order or invoice refers to this exclusion, so this ought to be simple to sort out.”

“Website took order and money for item that was apparently not available. Then sales team asked for more money. They said item was not available but then website changed and price was increased. Item was ultimately sold at higher price than advertised. Poor service and no understanding that website should have shown as back order only. Will not purchase from again.”

“I recently bought a roof rack where I had ordered the wrong rack. I needed to get a fitting fitting kit exchanged. Caureen arranged everything very efficiently, and I then went to the Auckland Wairau road branch where I received really good help and service. Very friendly and explained kindly what I needed to know to get everything working correctly. Thank you so much for your amazing service !!”
