“Website took order and money for item that was apparently not available. Then sales team asked for more money. They said item was not available but then website changed and price was increased. Item was ultimately sold at higher price than advertised. Poor service and no understanding that website should have shown as back order only. Will not purchase from again.”

“Great selection at competitive prices. Didn’t receive a tracking number so missed the drop off and had to pick up from depot, but other than that, rack was good price, quick delivery and effortless purchase”

“I recently bought a roof rack where I had ordered the wrong rack. I needed to get a fitting fitting kit exchanged. Caureen arranged everything very efficiently, and I then went to the Auckland Wairau road branch where I received really good help and service. Very friendly and explained kindly what I needed to know to get everything working correctly. Thank you so much for your amazing service !!”
