“Initially great service. Team at Matraville were very helpful. But I ordered roof racks on 17th and paid extra for express shipping with an estimated 1 day delivery time… they arrived on the 28th (4 working days) later.”

“The team at roof racks galore were incredibly helpful. I needed a replacement key for my roof racks which had to be ordered in. I couldn't get out to the store to collect it when it came in and was going to need to courier it however one of the team hand delivered to my door at no cost! Incredible service and highly recommend.”

“Service was fine but the product was very poor. The stabilizer plate fails to stop the rack spinning because you can only use a single stabilizer bolt instead of the 2 supplied on my Subaru tow bar. It might work on other tow bars.”
