“Difficult to install yourself and the instructions are poor for the detail adn work required. Shops wont help you unless you purchase off them but they dont tell you that when ordering.”

“Had new Roof racks fitted at the Frankston store on Tuesday, couldn't be happier with the service and especially the owner who went out of his way to correct an error I had made when I ordered them. cant speak highly enough of him when it my mistake. could have just done nothing like most would have but he insisted on making me happy and wanted to make sure i was content with the order, well done to you and your great team. very much appreciated.”

“Huge thanks to Ebonie, Caureen and the local Manager in SA for your help in getting my racks delivered. Amazing customer service. The racks also fit perfect, and I really like the fact you add the racks to the shopping cart online and it automatically includes all the right gear you need for fitting to you car model if you cant make it into the store.”
