I placed a larger order which was split into two separate shipments. Strangely, the shipment coming from interstate arrived on time — yet the one being delivered from within my own city has still not arrived, even after a full week. I called to check on the delay and was told it should have already been delivered. I was also advised that someone would call me back with an update. It’s now been three days, and I’ve received no call, no update, and still no delivery. This situation is disappointing — not just due to the delay, but the lack of follow-up and communication.
