I've been super happy with Roof Racks Galore, with all items being dispatched quickly and arriving well-packed and in great condition. There was an issue with the courier, with one of the items getting delayed, but as soon as I asked the RRG team for help, they had it resolved within a couple of hours. The communication for the team has been great, and any questions I submitted were responded to promptly. I had to send 1 item back for an exchange and Caureen was super helpful, keeping me updated with the progress at all times. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.
