I am still waiting to be told that the goods have arrived in the store.
I have been asked to revise the review above "now that the issue has been dealt with". Unfortunately, the person that asked me to revise the review has been misinformed. After I contacted Roof Racks Galore by email I was told that they sold me an item that they don't have in stock and they offered to charge me an extra $14 to get one delivered to me in two months. I'm not sure that this counts as "dealt with". I have asked them to clarify what they were offering since it seems like such a bad deal that I wonder if they really meant it. I am still waiting for the item to be delivered to the store so that I can pick it up from there.
I still think that Roof Racks Galore's service gets one star...and I have reduced the likelihood that I would recommend them to a friend to zero.
