Extremely poor experience multiple times.
Went in to the Mitcham store where the website said an item was in stock. It wasn’t.
Emailed same day to ask about the item. Ignored.
Ordered the item from the website. Day it is a due is today, no tracking or item.
Emailed to ask about it. Ignored as well.
Shame on me for giving them 4 chances to provide any level of service I guess.
