My experience was terrible. I ordered an item that your website stated as 'in stock' and paid for express delivery due to the urgency of needing the item only to find out it was an item that needed to be ordered in and typical time frames were 7 to 10 days. An item I was expecting to receive in a few days took nearly a month.
If an item is not in the warehouse ready to ship it should not be noted as 'in stock'
