We ordered and paid for a product with free deliver and 7-10 days delivery. The next day we received an email to say the delivery would be 3-4 weeks and the freight will cost them $136 and we would have to pay half or change to click and collect. We suggested we could click and collect and incur the time and fuel cost (100kms round trip) but asked if they would compensate us with a discount or store credit for the value we are saving them. They refused.
This is unconscionable business practise and we will never use them again.
