Avoid, avoid, avoid! I would give less than a star if I could.
I ordered and paid for a Velux window. On delivery, the driver told me he had to leave it ‘curbside’. This firm had not informed me of this in advance. The window is worth £400 and weighs 40kg. I could not move it.
I called this firm and they took no responsibility. They said I could have simply sent it back with the driver. I need it of course for planned work.
Rude and unpleasant to deal with.
