Extremely bad communication I ordered electric Velux windows and blinds online which were incompatible with each other, but this was not stated in the description and nobody warned me before they were shipped. Velux electric systems are notoriously difficult to navigate the many options and installation methods, and my builders and electrician spend many hours trying to fit them. Other companies I’ve seen online since were a lot clearer on which products are compatible with which. After many emails and frustrating communications, Roofing Outlet will not accept a return or exchange. Avoid these people at all costs as they are the worst at after sales service and communication.
