Roofsimple are crooks! I had them install a new roof on my house in Luray, Virginia. The adjuster from Roofsimple told me they would work directly with my house insurance company. The house insurance sent them the money directly to them, the amount they paid was $3,400 more than the amount for the replacement of the roof for additional damage caused by the storm. They have told me many times with many excuses that it was an oversight and they would return the money to me, and now they have stopped answering my demand for the return of the money. I'm pursuing other legal means to get them to return the money. They are DAMN CROOKS!
