I had my new roof installed yesterday and was very pleased with the entire process. Everything from the initial sales call, them working with my insurance company, the level of appropriate communication and right through the install went very smoothly. There were no surprises and the supervisor for my job, Charlie , did a great job of keeping me posted during the install and was a very thoughtful and genuine person set on providing excellent customer service and did a wonderful job of representing Roofsimple. From my experience, I can highly recommend them to anyone considering a new roof.
