If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Ordered a mattress. Told delivery time was 3-6 weeks. Emailed for an update and just told 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. 27 days later and still no refund!!!
Keep being told “we’ll chase it up”. I doubt that somehow. So now I need to keep chasing them.
And have since seen a whole load of very angry reviews on trust pilot too!
