I made an order from Australia and spent over $300. The order never came. I contacted roots who took 18 days to investigate. They came back and said it was delivered and there was nothing they could do. I was home all day and nothing got delivered. The courier company has obviously stuffed up. Now I’m out of pocket and no one seems to care. Warning don’t buy anything from the SOBs. Disgusting customer service.
