I’m Nancy and I’m 85. I’d be lost without my beloved cat called Dinky. The team at Rose. Outage are all caring and friendly. Dinky can be very aggressive but the staff all understand and are awesome with her. Our vet is Joe. Nothing is ever too much trouble. He is very caring. Takes time to explain everything so I can understand too. Always reduces anxiety for me and Dinky. I’d never go to any other vets. Thank you team Rose cottage
