ordered silver heart 2 charm bracelet for my daughter with kids names engraved. 3rd Dec 24 .was told 3 to 5 days delivery.
9 emails later back and forward kept saying sorry for delay and its been dispatched.
I had then to call into my bank to raise dispute with this company who are kindly refunding temporary payment to me.AVOID THIS COMPANY..I believe this is a scam.
