“I placed an order with RoseFeels on 4/22/2024. Your print and fine print said shipment between 5-8 days and fine print not more that 18 days. No problem, still in time for mother's day. At day 17, still not a word, I sent an inquiry email. No response. Day 21 I sent another email indicating I would be forced to dispute the charges on my credit card. Finally they sent a cursory response, apologizing and saying they are looking into it. Come to find out even their tracking is questionable also and there is NO WAY to contact the company by phone. I now have zero (0) confidence in this company. Apparently this product is made in China and shiped to the US. The fact that I had to badger them to even get a response is a waste of my time, not to mention infuriating. When you try to sign into the website, it will not let you sign in unless you agree to receive their newsletter. That's not happening. After I dispute the charges on my credit card, RoseFeels provides me with a tracking number where I can see the progress line, again with an unfamiliar tracking company. Still no confidence. Now over a month late and way past Mother's Day, just exactly how should I feel about this"experience"?”
