They’re blaming it on shipping when they bubble wrapped it in good quality when I took it out of the bubble wrap There was another wrapping around the book when that got taken off. The broken pieces were at the bottom of the plastic when I opened the cookbook, the pages weren’t even connected to the book. They fell out. They’re blaming it on shipping when in reality it all falls back on them it took over a month to get to me. The engraving on the cookbook does not look very good but for them to ask me to fix it myself how do you fix pieces of wood on the binder of a cookbook do not ever order from this company. It is not a very good company. In my opinion steer clear of this company.”

On Dec 24 they asked me to send them my pictures for the cutting board again. It was a Xmas gift so now I have cancelled the order and awaiting the refund which will probably never happen!
