I bought 3 XL tops online, 2 of them didn't look like the color on the website pictures. The quality of the fabric and craftsmanship was very poor. The sleeves were so tight I couldn't get my arms in them. They looked like size small/medium but sewn into an XL. In addition, there were burnt spots with holes on the shirts. The items were expensive compared to similar vendors, and delivery was so slow I think it took something like 20 days to arrive. The only thing really good about this company in my experience was their customer service. People are extremely friendly and trying to help solve your issue. They offered me free shipping for returning the items to receive full refund, but I just didn't want to go through the fuss so I picked the option for receiving partial refund and keeping the defective items. So I ended up receiving $20 for the ~$60 I had paid originally.
