I ordered supplies needed for urgent situation due to COVID. Although ROSEGAL was able to handle the order immediately, there was a logistics problem with getting the entire order from China to Texas. ROSEGAL was great and offered a refund for the portion of shipment that did not come through on time although no fault due to ROSEGAL. ROSEGAL is dependable and has really great items but you may want to consider ordering items that you are able to wait on due to logistical timing.
