First item was damaged. Was replaced quickly with no quibbles. We are happy with the item (hall console table). Communication was poor however: I am still waiting to hear if the replacement has even been authorised, when it is due to arrive and when and if the damaged one will be collected. Fortunately I was at home when the courier turned up unannounced with the replacement and also when another called out of the blue a few days later to collect the first one. A quick return email isnt too much to ask.
