Unfortunately, our experience has been very poor... we've had 2 of the same item delivered twice now and both times they've been damaged and filthy. Trying to get hold of someone to organise the collection and re-delivery has been VERY difficult. We're hoping we'll be 3rd time lucky when the replacement item arrives but we've still not had the damaged items collected yet - this has been going on for almost 3 weeks so far.
