I am rating this at 3 as our delivery date was messed up, our order was delivered a week
earlier than agreed we were on a short vacation at the time ,when our order turned up the driver called at our neibour to see if he could leave it there this was not very fair as they were large items and they are both elderly, we did not know about this until we returned home
Secondly when we unpacked one of the items there was several damage areas,this was reported and we are waiting for a replacement to come when back in stock
